The Superior Court of California, County of Santa Barbara is located in the beautiful Central Coast that includes scenic coastlines, agricultural valleys, and coastal mountain ranges. The Superior Court offers a variety of career opportunities in the Santa Maria, Lompoc, Solvang and Santa Barbara locations.

You may apply online here or an application form may be obtained at the Superior Court Human Resources office or by downloading the application form from this web site.
Fill out the application completely and clearly show that you meet the employment standards. All statements are subject to investigation and verification. A resume cannot be accepted in lieu of an official application form.
You may apply online or submit your application either in person or by mail. Submit a completed application form, along with answers to any "supplemental questions" associated with that particular opening. Be sure to submit the application before the close of the recruiting period stated in the job listing.

The Superior Court makes its hiring decision based in part on interviews with the top applicants. If you are invited to a hiring interview but subsequently are not selected for the job, Human Resources will notify you of that fact.
If the Superior Court offers you a job it will be contingent upon passing a reference check and/or background investigation, and a medical examination. When you start the job you must show proof of your legal right to work in the United States.
